  • Advised a Dutch enterprise on the development of an investment project for a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel;
  • Assisted a Singaporean-invested enterprise in reviewing and negotiating a loan agreement for the FPSO project;
  • Advised and represented a Chinese-invested ferrosilicon manufacturing enterprise in a complex internal dispute relating to the transfer of contributed capital;
  • Represented a shipping company in a dispute concerning a contract for the carriage of goods by sea before a commercial arbitration center;
  • Represented a Singaporean-invested yarn manufacturing enterprise in disputes arising from credit agreements, with disputed amounts of USD 34 million and USD 6 million, respectively, against Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade;
  • Represented a Panama-flagged shipowner in disputes with cargo insurance companies arising from contracts for the carriage of goods by sea, with claims of up to USD 1.6 million;
  • Represented a Korean insurance company in multiple disputes seeking recovery of compensation for cargo damage from carriers;
  • Represented a German-invested medical equipment enterprise in a labor dispute concerning unilateral termination of an employment contract.
