Therefore, some industries in Vietnam still maintain conservation. As such, Vietnam has set out some special regulations for certain industries, and foreign investors are required to fully comply with these special regulations before being granted the right to carry out business activities in Vietnam.<\/p><p>Foreign investors perform business activities in Vietnam through various forms such as establishing a company or indirectly through capital contribution and
