Apart from the registration of Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) and Investment Registration Certificate (IRC), for conditional business activities (hotel, restaurants, tobacco, healthcare, etc.) or some activities that arise during operation (foreign loan, investment abroad, manufacturing, etc.), the enterprise, the foreign investor shall obtain approval of the professional authority.<\/p>

In the case of running a business without a sufficient license, the enterprise is not only applied administrative fines but also raises the risk of tax and accounting caused rejection by tax authorities (deductible expenses, revenue, invoices, etc.)<\/p><\/p><\/div>\n
